Both apartments are usually rented for the use of 2 people. Additional guests must be explicitly registered.

The apartments are fully furnished, and each has a well-equipped kitchen.
Bed linen, towels, and tea towels are provided and are included in the rental price. Beach and pool towels must be brought along.

On the studio’s property, the lower part of the garden (petanque court) and the pool can be shared at your own responsibility. Parents are responsible for their children. The garden of the maisonnette is available for exclusive use.

Parking for the studio is available on the premises of the ensemble Villa Port Said. However, there is no right to a parking space. For the Maisonnette, the car can be parked directly on the property without any restrictions.

Tenants agree to pay the agreed rental price for the rental period. The rental price varies seasonally and according to the length of stay between 85,- and 125,- € per day. The minimum rental period is 3 days in low season and 7 days in high season. An additional cost of 65 EUR for final cleaning for normal use will apply.

The booking is made through Airbnb under the terms and conditions deposited there.

The tenants undertake to treat the respective rental property including the furniture and other items located in the apartment with care, as well as to encourage the roommates and visitors to do so. In particular, the apartments must be ventilated regularly and kept free of vermin.

The tenants undertake to show consideration for all neighbors and to refrain from playing loud music or disturbing them with other sources of noise. This applies during the day, but especially after 10:00 p.m. and at night.

The tenants shall be liable for damage culpably caused by them, by equipment operated by them (e.g. electrical appliances), by their vicarious agents or by persons staying in the rented property with the knowledge and intention of the tenants – due to violation of the duties of care and diligence incumbent upon them.

The tenants must hand over the respective vacation apartment broom-clean at the end of the rental period. Used dishes, cutlery, pots and pans are to be cleaned and tidied up in any case, even if the landlord takes over the final cleaning.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is not allowed.
