The holiday home is usually rented for the use of 2 persons. Additional guests must be explicitly registered.

 

The apartment is fully furnished and has its own terrace with sea view. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, gas stove, microwave, coffee machine, and toaster.

 

Bed linen, towels, and tea towels are provided and are included in the rental price. Beach and pool towels must be brought along.

 

On the property, the lower part of the garden (petanque place) and the pool can be used at your own risk. Parents are responsible for their children. There is also direct private access to the sea.

 

Parking is available on the premises of the Ensemble Villa Port Said, if available. However, there is no right to a parking space. Alternative parking is available outside of the property at the roadside.

 

The tenant undertakes to pay the agreed rent for the rental period. The rent varies between 85,- and 125,- € per day depending on the season and the length of stay. The minimum rental period is 3 days in low season and 7 days in high season (from Saturday to Saturday). The rental fee is 35 € for the final cleaning during normal use.

 

The rent is due 14 days after signing the rental contract at 30%. The balance must be paid at least 10 days before the start of the rental period. The date of receipt of payment is decisive in both cases. For short-term bookings, payment must be received 5 days before the start of the rental period.

 

The tenant may withdraw or terminate the rental agreement in writing. In the event of cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the rental period, 30% of the rental price is due, otherwise 95%.

 

The receipt of the notice of termination by the landlord is decisive for the calculation of the aforementioned periods for payment of the rent.

 

In view of the possible necessity of a cancellation, the tenant is recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance. The landlord is nonetheless anxious to let the rented property elsewhere.

 

The tenant undertakes to treat the rented property including furniture and other objects in the apartment with care and to encourage flat mates and visitors to do so. In particular, the apartment must be regularly ventilated.

 

The tenant undertakes to show consideration for all neighbors and refrain from playing loud music or disturbing them by other annoying sources of noise. This applies during the day, but especially from 22:00 and at night.

 

The lessee is liable for damages which – due to a violation of his duties of care and diligence – are culpably caused by him, by equipment operated by him (e.g. electrical appliances), by his vicarious agents or by persons who are present in the leased object with the knowledge and will of the lessee.

 

The tenant must hand over the holiday home cleanly broomed at the end of the rental period. Used dishes, cutlery, pots, and pans must always be cleaned and tidied, even if the landlord takes over the final cleaning.

 

Pets are not allowed.

 

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

 

A separate rental contract will be sent and signed upon rental.
